Ryan Drake, CFO, Our Community Credit Union
Ryan Drake has served the Chief Financial Officer at Our Community Credit Union ($334 million in Assets) since October 2012. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Valley Community Credit Union in Nampa, Idaho and Vice President of Accounting at Cornerstone Credit Union in Caldwell, Idaho. Before his 15 year credit union career, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Boise State University, followed by managing a family business, teaching elementary education, and a 6 year career in the computer manufacturing business.
Lorrie West, Engagement Manager, OnApproach
Lorrie serves as an Engagement Manager at OnApproach. With a 30 year career span within credit unions, she held positions in management from accounting to operations including extensive accounting, marketing, managing new programs, cost accounting, ALCO reporting, audit and NCUA reporting. During the past 8 years, Lorrie focused on business analytics by using her talents and experience through creating executive and management level reporting for clients to assist in quick and reliable reporting on the lending portfolio, membership analytics and trending analysis.
